The Karate Kings
Revelation 16:12 "And the Sixth Angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates and the water thereof was dried up that the way of the kings of the East might be prepared."
So far in the Revelation we've seen that kings are agents conspiring against the Messiah and so I take these men to be false teachers bringing in damnable heresies from East of the Euphrates River.
The first one that comes to my mind is Bahaullah the founder of the Bahaiis who claims to have been a the second coming of Christ. He claimed that the he was the same spirit that inhabited Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed, and others. He has established a world headquarters in Israel.
Another one who gained a large following was Sung Moon from Korea who claimed to be the return of Christ.
Tibetan monks have found large followings in the west under the power of the Dalai Lama,
Guru Prabupad from India has had a major impact on the west. His Krishna followers give out free food on many college campus. Food first offered to idols.
The real flood of the kings of the East (false teachers) however began in the 1960s. Into the west came thousands of "spiritual guides" calling themselves, Yogis, Saddhus, Maha Rishis, Maha Rajees, gurus, devotees, reincarnated masters, avatars and premees. In India, when I was there in the late 60s it was estimated that at anyone time there are 200,000 men and women claiming to be God come to the earth. I saw a sticker on a bus bench that said "I am here! God" call 378-9999.
With the advent of modern aviation and cheaper flights the kings of the earth have easily passed over the Euphrates river as if it didn't exist.
These Eastern Mahatmas have flooded the western world with ashrams, temples, and meditation centers. Their most sinister, and deceptive, and successful attack has been on the children in the form of Martial Arts centers. In America, as I write, there are millions of children taking weekly martial arts lessons.
Martial Arts is a banch of Buddhism that was brought to the Shaolin Temple in China by an Indian monk named Bodhi. He claimed to be a reincarnation of Buddha. Children are brought in on a low level as a sport, but it has two very powerful anti-Christian teachings.
One, Jesus taught his followers to be as gentle as lambs and harmless as doves. Martial arts makes them fierce and warlike.
And second, as you get deeper into martial arts, you begin practicing yoga techniques and spirit channeling. You unite with the spirit of the snake, wild boar, the white elopard,, and finally you become one with the Green Dragon.
The only other organization with as much evil power against children is the Boy Scouts which trains young boys to march and shoot and camp in the woods (junior soldiers). Their symbols are wolves, Bears, Lions and Eagles.
Not to be outdone, the last part of the 20th century saw a different kind of Eastern King coming in droves to the computer centers of the world. Hindu programmers came not only with computer knowledge, but their suitcases were bulging with Idols. If you think idolatry has died out on the planet think again. Today millions of people in the West bow down to idols of Krishna, Ganesh, and Kali, and offer daily pujas (sacrifices) of food and flowers to their idols.
But the Kings of the East have sent an even deadlier flood into the west and that is drugs. Remember that intoxicants were a main ingredient in the worship of the Baalim. In fact the old Testament lists over a dozen forbidden substances. Thailand's Golden Triange supplies the world with heroin, Afghanistan and India supply Opium, The whole middle East ships Hashish ( I was there I saw it first hand). When I lived in Israel in the 60s there was a steady flow of drugs. The Greek word for "sorcery" is pharmakia =pharmacy (drugs).
1 Corinthians 6:10 says no Methusos can inherit the Kingdom of Yahveh. Methusos is often rendered as "drunkard", but a Methusos is anyone getting high on any intoxicating substance. The big guns are wine and beer. Drugs are a false holy spirit, in fact, they are one of the chief spirits of anti-christ.
