A Flood of Devil Water
Next John sees the Dragon open his mouth and send out a flood to carry the woman away. It says the earth opens its mouth and swallows the flood. In the Old Testament we have a story of the earth opening it's mouth to swallow a false teacher named Korah (along with his followers). So I connect the dot with that to mean the flood is False Teachings.
After the early believers were scattered into the wilderness Satan sent a flood of false teachings, false teachers, preachers, miracle workers, false prophets and false messiahs to destroy the faith. But the believers had scattered too widely...the wilderness was too vast and so Satan was unable to extinguish the true gospel. Not that he has stopped tying. today he is flooding the world with new translations of the Bible. I recommend studying them all, but I am partial to the KJV. A word of caution your faith cannot be based upon the Bible it must be based on God and Christ
Then John sees "the Man-child caught up" to Yahveh's throne. Most interpreters have said this is Yahshuah going to heaven after his resurrrection, but I believe it is Yahshuah going to heaven as a child for instructions.
